Teach 4 operation creatively

It's glad that I could share with you guys on how Waldorf teacher teach 4 operation in the class. Here are few infos that I have no time to share with you in the classroom.
Have a look and hope you learn something new!
Addition counts one,  and one and one and one. Sometimes she needs to go back and try counting it again. She wants to make sure she has it all right and nothing has been missed. She loves to have a big heap of jewels. She is very precise but it can take a long time before she is done counting. Sometimes she takes naps and has a little snack before continuing to count.

Additions’ twin brother, he undoes what she counts. When he is asked to bring jewels to the king, he may drop some along the way or may loose some from his pockets full of holes. He is always concerned about others not having any jewels, so he always remembers to give to those who do not have any. (Melancholic)

Multiplication is very quick and alert. In fact you barely see her go by. She runs this way and that, to not miss a thing. She has X-tra special speed which allows her to count twice as much in half the time as her little sister Additon does. Because of her speed, she can check to see if Addition forgot to include some jewels before she has finished counting. (Sanguine)

Division is Multiplication’s twin brother. He is very fair. When he counts he makes sure everyone has their fair share. He normally leads his brother and sisters, and divides each one to their duty. (Choleric)

Emperor Equal Keeps it Orderly

King Equals is the widest of the Number Gnomes, he takes great care to make sure the entire natural world and the world of numbers work together properly. His gnomes help the root gnomes so they are sure all the flowers have the right number of petals.

King Equal has four special gnomes that help him with all the counting that must be done to keep things moving smoothly. These gnomes have special names.

There is a fiery yellow gnome with beautiful golden hair, her name is Times Multiply, most people call her Times. She is happy and fun and loves to bring happiness to others.

Next to her stands a chubby little green gnome, his name is Plus Addition, folks call him Plus. He's happy too but he's greedy, he loves to try and get as many things as he can, his gnome robes have many pockets.

Next to him stands a sad looking gnome, he is wearing blue robes that need mending. His pocket all have holes and he is often sad, his name is Minus Subtraction, Minus for short.

The last of the helpers is a pretty red gnome named Divided By, she has pretty dark hair and she is a great problem solver often thinking of all the ways she can be helpful.

King Equals loves his gnomes - they work so hard. These counting gnomes help the gnome world stay running by mining and gathering jewels for King Equals each day.

People, maths can be FUN if we teach the kid through this way.
Story telling to enhance understanding and could engage your child.
Try this out! They will love your class so so so much :)
